anyway! there's more to blog about; which is the hangout I had with Tina, Drew and Jav with our "Tiramisu + California Maki" makings but I have to apologise that that post must wait :( 'cause I'll be flying to Canada tomorrow morning and I'm only blogging about what happened just recently 'cause my bestie Britt wanted to see them and I'm sure you guys wanted to as well :) No promises on the continuous blogging when I'm in Canada, but fingers crossed, everything will be according to plan!

and oh! rmbr the little '30days challenge' I mentioned before? well, this is Day 01's. Sorry :( no time to start Day 02's 'cause of the limited time I have atm but if I have time, I shall continue the challenge! anyways, enjoy!

Day 01 — Your Best Friend

Dear Bestie,

I hope you’re doing well, and will always be doing well – in terms of how you feel and what you do. In this letter, I’d want to say three things.

Firstly, I want to thank you for everything you've done.

Thank you for putting up with my rants and complaints and the needless tears and down’s. Thank you for always being there for me, for always looking out for me, for always picking me up whenever I fall, and for always finding a way to bring back my smile; the smile that you believe that can brighten many people’s days. We've been friends for so long and I'm glad that it was decided that you were to be my best friend, for now and always.

Secondly, I’m sorry.

I'm sorry for all the hurt, the troublesome I've caused, I apologise for being a pain, for making mistakes -- actions and words -- that I've made that have end up hurting you, I'm sorry for the times of not being there for you when I could've, I'm sorry for being a burden and even if it's just the little things, the tiniest, the littlest, I'm greatly, deeply, truly sorry. Please, if it's not too much to ask, forgive me for all the pain I've unconsciously and consciously caused.

Lastly, I love you, for accepting me for who I am, for understanding me and for everything you've given to and done for me. I love you because you are you, you can be yourself around me, and vice versa! You've always put other people's feeling first and that's what I loved most about you! You're caring, kind-hearted and always optimistic! I love our inside jokes and our little child-like moments and how we have so many things in common and despite our differences, we're able to embrace everything about each other. And even through the thickest times, I'm still amazed that, our friendship still is able to endure the bad and the ugly. I'm thankful, and I thank God everyday, that we'll still strong after so much has happened. If I was given a choice, I'd choose no one else but you to be my best friend, forever! ^-^
