Promote greener business academic meetings in your organisation. Ask employees presenters to put their presentations on PowerPoint, not paper. Make the presentation available electronically before or after the fact. Be conscious about the food and drink served at meetings and what it is served on. Have available reuseable dishes, glasses, and mugs that can be washed rather than disposable ones that are used once and thrown away.
